- Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and improve instructional practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience as a teacher or educator in secondary education (CBSE board).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; excellent coaching skills essential.
