To ensure and monitor smooth functioning of testing centres

To review activities and planning for Master CalendarEnsure active engagement and implementation of Alumni AssociationTo monitor and Update Centralised MISTo monitor and review implementation of AIESEC and IBCP programme

To review policies and update VC3 manual

To monitor Vocational Guidance ProgrammeTo monitor functioning of Career Helpline and track the queries

Collaborate with Marketing for designing the collaterals and posters for various events

To connect and Network with Universities for sponsorships

To negotiate cost and close MOU with vendors

Training and ImplementationTo implement all the projects as per the charter

To provide continuous guidance to Managers on the implementation of projects

To implement VC3 Progressive framework and follow the timelines

To train and guide VC3 team at schools- Train the trainer
