We are currently seeking a Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Vibgyor High, Balewadi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Gymnastics and a desire to inspire and educate students.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for establishing and delivering a safe & fun Gymnastics club within a multi-sports environment

2. Responsible for planning and delivering safe & fun Gymnastics coaching sessions.

3. To assist all participants in reaching their full potential within recreational activity focusing on

lifelong participation and progression where appropriate through the Long Term People Development levels.

4. To lead and coordinate the Gymnastics coaching team, and provide advice and support to assistant coaches and helpers

5. Prepare venue, equipment and all activities in line with minimum operating standards making the safety of young people paramount

6. Commit to a programme of continued development to ensure that coaching provided is of the

highest quality and includes taking part in an annual induction

7. Adopt a fair and equitable approach to coaching at all times. This includes adapting sessions

to cater for individuals with a different range of abilities regardless of age, gender, race or disability.

8. The ability to engage with participants of all ages and create an enjoyable learning

environment.

9. The ability to prioritise workload with effective time management.

10.Approachable and friendly manner.

Graduate

A moderate level of computer literacy, to include a demonstrable understanding of, Microsoft Office and other software packages

Demonstrable knowledge and/or experience of coaching and programme development.

The ability to motivate and inspire individuals and/or groups.
