Role & responsibilities – ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE APPLY (NAVI MUMBAI- URAN LOCATION)

We want to joining as soon as possible and we need Marathi spoken candidate.

• Working on Annual Operating Plans & Latest Estimates for the School
• To ensure maintenance of books of accounts
• Working on the MIS data
• Reaching out to Business and various other stakeholders to collect required information
• To ensure, passing of all entries in a timely manner:
• Raising of Invoices with correct GST, meeting Statutory compliances
• Booking of expenses
• Deduction of TDS etc.
• Payment processing to Vendors, statutory dues, etc.
• Tracking Outstanding dues and follow-up for collection
• Monthly provision for costs
• Sharing Actual Financials data by Legal Entity for Monthly MIS covering:
• P&L
• Cash Flow

Key Performance Indicators:

• Timeliness
• Accuracy
• Analytical skills to understand the movements in income/costs etc.
• Good presentation skills

Work Relations:

Internal:

• Internal functions and Management for discussion of MIS, reports, reply to queries etc.

External:

• Statutory Auditors for liasoning for statutory audits
• Banks for routine bank related matters
• Consultants and Vendors as and when needed

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Commerce with MBA/Inter-CA candidates

Expected Competencies:

• Should have good knowledge of accounting principles, accounting standards & company law
• Should be good in Microsoft Excel
• Should be well versed with Tally, knowledge of ERP (Oracle/SAP will be an advantage)
• Effective Communication skills
• An organized and detail mind with a good sense of responsibility
• A team player with high energy levels
• Ability to work independently under pressure with a can-do attitude.

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABLE TO FLUENTLY CONVERSE IN MARATHI LANGUAGE APART FROM ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
