Reporting Manager:
Lead Sales Corporate and Pre-School Tie ups – Lead BD Sales (School Admissions)
Primary Purpose: Responsible for building relationships with Pre-schools and Corporates PAN for the Cluster and Sales to increase School admissions.
Key Accountabilities/Activities:
Primary Responsibility:
- Responsible for achievement of pre decided plans with regards to Corporate and Pre-school tie-ups PAN India
- To a tie-up pipeline in consultation with the CMO and approach the organizations for alliances
- Device a marketing strategy and calendarize engagement activities for lead generation
- Track the effectiveness of the marketing activities so that changes can be made as per the data analysis.
- Provide consumer insights so that action plans can be devised upon the same.

Secondary Responsibility:
- Conceptualize and conduct local level marketing activities.
- Conduct reviews with the team
- New initiatives for building alliances
- Participating in industry platforms for networking
Work Relations:
Internal:
- Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer for all functional as well as admin issues.
- Interfacing with Finance, Technology, HR for any people or any other operational issue/s.
- Interfacing with all service level heads, Centre and zonal sales leads, relationship management team, and brand management team, based out of CO/ZO as well as other Centres/Schools.
- Interfacing with Academics management (Principals and coordinators), content management teams and centre/Zonal Administration teams on service offerings and centre specific elements.
- Interfacing with, SEO and internal web development teams of for all website and media management operational elements.
External:
- Interface with potential and existing customers.
- Interface with external vendors/ SEO operators/ Content management/Web management/ PR and Brand management agencies for all elements pertaining to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy.
- The leading brands for proposals & alliances for cross selling & tie ups with VIBGYOR.
Qualification:
- MBA/MMM/PGDBM/PGDBA / Masters in Marketing.
Span of Control:
- Business development executive / interns in each cluster
Financial decision making:
- Procurement Decision: N.A.
- Reimbursement Decision: Applicable
Experience:
- 10 years primarily in alliances, partnerships, channel development preferably in the Education Space.

- Proven research and analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information
- Gathered and sound judgment. Sharp analytical capabilities, around – data interpretation, analysing situations and driving actions most suited to achieve high impact outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment. Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business.
- High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills – ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations.
- Demonstrate ability for successful event management & managing strategic alliances.
