We are looking for an enthusiastic immigration sales consultant to advice and guide clients through all the procedures required to ensure their successful immigration on their overseas options and our services, having an immigration background with the vast knowledge and by providing expertise, and outstanding service to our clients who meet the requirements. This is a critical role within the organization we are looking for a purely passionate experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

• Convert leads and inquiries by interacting with the client through telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face discussion, understand the client’s profile and visa requirement and provide appropriate solutions based on the client’s eligibility and the services offered by the company.
• Counseling clients for different types of visa process.
• Responsible for counseling the enquiry leads and selling our services, over the phone, email and in person.
• Candidates have to deal with clients who are looking for PR visa, Study visa, Business visa, Spouse visa etc.
• Acquisition of new clients and follow up with existing one.
• Identify sales prospects and contact prospects along with providing regular follow up on enquiries received.
• Meet the assigned monthly targets
• Sales Oriented and target driven attitude. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Provide consultation services to address potential clients’ interest in immigration program, including establishing suitability of the candidate’s visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone and face-to-face meetings.
• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration and visa laws and policies.
• Additional experience into handling Student visas, Investor/ Entrepreneur will be an added advantage.
• Provide consultation for immigration, educational and work related purposes with high level of professionalism in person and through online channels.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in Overseas Education or Immigration.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Sales oriented and target driven attitude and should have ability to work with targets
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
• Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Canada, Australia, UK PR process

Part-time hours: 48 per week

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
