Experience:

Responsible for managing and maintaining the learning management system (LMS) to deliver and track online learning activities.

Should have strong technical skills and knowledge of various learning platforms, such as SAP Success Factors, video training portals, Coursera and Udemy

Should have experience in creating, uploading, and managing online courses and content, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.

Generate reports and analyze LMS data to track user progress and courses completion

Stay up-to-date on the latest LMS features and best practices.

Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions to keep the system running smoothly.

Possess robust technical and communication skills, collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Education:

• Should have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
