Responsibilities

• Oversee the training of clinic personnel on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Deliver new hire and refresher training sessions via video conferencing or in-person.
• Enhance customer experience by providing clinic staff with effective soft skills and empathy training.
• Develop new training modules using PowerPoint, Docs and Vetic LMS software.
• Conduct audits and offer detailed feedback to trainees.
• Analyse customer feedback, develop improvement initiatives and implement them across clinic teams through training modules.
• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly training schedules, either individually or through ground leaders.
• Evaluate training efficacy and assess areas of improvement

Who may be best placed for success in this role?

• At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer
• Demonstrate excellent presentation and soft skills.

Working Days: It is 6 Days per week work from the Office Role
