Responsibilities
Oversee the training of clinic personnel on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Deliver new hire and refresher training sessions via video conferencing or in-person.
Enhance customer experience by providing clinic staff with effective soft skills and empathy training.
Develop new training modules using PowerPoint, Docs and Vetic LMS software.
Conduct audits and offer detailed feedback to trainees.
Analyse customer feedback, develop improvement initiatives and implement them across clinic teams through training modules.
Plan and execute monthly and quarterly training schedules, either individually or through ground leaders.
Evaluate training efficacy and assess areas of improvement
Who may be best placed for success in this role?
At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer
Demonstrate excellent presentation and soft skills.
Working Days: It is 6 Days per week work from the Office Role
