*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Commerce Lecturer to join our team. As a Commerce Lecturer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of our intermediate students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lectures, inspiring students to excel in the field of commerce.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Prepare and deliver comprehensive lectures on commerce subjects to intermediate students.

– Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

– Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.

– Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback and guidance.

– Stay current with industry trends and incorporate real-world examples into the curriculum.

– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

– Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.

– Support students in their academic and personal development.

– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

*Qualifications:*

– M.Com with min 55% of marks obtained from a well known Organization

– Strong knowledge of commerce subjects, including but not limited to accounting, economics, business studies, and finance.

– Previous teaching experience at the intermediate or higher education level is preferred.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Dedication to student success and a passion for teaching.

– Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
