What you will be doing:

• Implement and Develop the code for scalable backend services, optimize code for optimal performance based on the directions from the solutions architects in the teams.
• Develop and deploy scalable backend services, SDK or Rest APIs to run in multi-agent enterprise environment and capable of handling high traffic
• Develop multi-tenant enterprise software components with a focus on fault-tolerance and scale
• Automate testing and development of software modules to a high quality standard
• Debug and solve complex problems either individually
• Participate on an Agile scrum team, performing peer reviews and mentoring less experienced team members
• Productively work in highly collaborative agile team, coach junior team members, actively participate in knowledge sharing

What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:

• 6+ years of full-stack Software Development experience and current expertise in C#, .NET
• Front End Web Developer skills (AngularJS, CSS, Bootstrap)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is minimum, Master’s in Computer Science is preferred
• Expertise in object-oriented and service-oriented design, and multi-threaded service/application development
• Agile development methodologies including peer review, test automation and continuous integration
• Good Problem solving skills
• Good written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Hands on knowledge on Text Indexing (e.g. Elasticsearch, Lucene) 
• Familiarity with microservices and knowledge of modern cloud services (Azure, AWS).
