The Data Protection Group drives the product strategy, roadmap, and engineering delivery of the Veritas products, which includes NetBackup, APTARE,  Backup Exec, Enterprise Vault (EV), EV.cloud, eDiscovery platform, and Veritas SaaS Backup.

To meet release deadlines and maintain quality of product, more 
man power is needed for automation and ensure end to end testing 
of the product is done. With growing feature set and product range, 
need more folks to validate customer scenarios and well rounded testing 
coverage.

• BE (comp) or Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Overall 5-8 years of experience in Automation and QA
• Experience with scripting language like Python, bash, shell scripting is a must
• Experience of automation testing enterprise software with large scale data,
• Experience in performance, load, stress and solution testing using performance tools would be an added advantage
• Experience in NFS/CIFS/S3, Unix OS, virtualization, storage concepts.
• Nice to have : knowledge of groovy/jenkins/robot framework
• Nice to have : Good understanding of public clouds like AWS, Azure etc
• Nice to have : Good understanding of backup software’s like Netbackup etc.
