About the Job:

As a E-Learning Specialist you will become a key player in VeriPark Academy for employees and partners, to build a scalable knowledge based organization delivering quality. This role requires a wide range of responsibilities, including CBT content development and design/implement programs and processes to support the organization in their learning needs as well as strong collaboration with other departments.

What you will be doing:

• Create VeriPark product & company training material (CBT and ILT).
• Transform (software) product knowledge and user manual documentation into training storyboards.
• Record product demos and create voice-over narrations.
• Publication of training material on our LMS.
• Build tests and design certification programs.
• Co-create platforms, optimize processes and implement best-practices, to enable efficient production of training material and collaboration with other departments.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in building training and eLearning material (5 to 6 years).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, ) and Articulate Storyline.
• Excellent English is required, both spoken and written.
• Managing LMS systems (Adobe Captivate Prime).
• Experience in Banking and/or Insurance industry is a plus.
• Dynamics D365 CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in software product demo recording & editing.
• Experience in a department or company start-up is a plus.
