Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Verbal Ability Faculty located in Hyderabad. The faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective verbal ability lessons to students. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials, conducting assessments, addressing student queries, and providing constructive feedback. Collaboration with the academic team to enhance training methodologies and develop innovative teaching approaches is also involved. The faculty will work to ensure students are well-prepared for competitive exams and academic success.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in English grammar, vocabulary, and verbal aptitude concepts
- Proficiency in teaching strategies such as lesson planning, instructional delivery, and learner engagement
- Ability to prepare and assess verbal ability tests for competitive exams
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Experience in mentoring and motivating students to achieve their academic goals
- Relevant teaching or training experience is preferred
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field
