Role & responsibilities

1. Deliver High-Quality Lectures: Conduct engaging and effective Chemistry classes for NEET and JEE aspirants, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the curriculum.

2. Curriculum Development: Develop and update Chemistry study materials, lesson plans, and assignments that align with the institute’s teaching philosophy and exam patterns.

3. Student Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that motivates students to excel in their Chemistry studies.

4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student performance through quizzes, tests, and mock exams, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

5. Individualized Support: Offer one-on-one assistance to students who require additional help, addressing their specific learning needs.

6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Chemistry and examination patterns to provide the most relevant and up-to-date information to students.

7. Parent Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with parents, updating them on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.

8. Mentorship: Act as a mentor and guide to students, offering academic and career advice to help them reach their goals.

9. Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as attendance tracking and report generation.

10. Professional Development: Continuously enhance your teaching skills through workshops, seminars, and self-directed learning.

Preferred candidate profile

– A Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.
– 3 to 5 years of experience in coaching students for NEET and JEE exams.
– Strong subject knowledge and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
– Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced teaching environment.
– Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators.
