Job Description
- Shaping and nurturing young minds.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Developing effective lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing guidance and support.
- Prepares lesson notes
- Organises and prepares learning tools and materials
- Facilitates group work, assignments and projects
- Assesses and marks pupils’ assignments
- Conducts, assesses and marks tests and exams
- Prepares register, diary and record card
- Engages in interclass activities, projects, quizzes, etc.
- Selecting appropriate learning resources.
- Working collaboratively and in a spirit of mutual respect with a multi-disciplinary team to enable the best outcomes for students.
- Making effective use of assessment and ensuring coverage of programmes of study.
- Regularly assessing student work and maintaining appropriate recording and reporting systems to inform future practice.
- Providing regular summative assessment of student attainment.
