We are hiring school principals for Chennai ( male / Female salary 80K to 1.20 per month ) and Dindugal ( Female candidates only for formative year salary max of 80)

Director ( worked as Sr Principal for group schools min 5 years ( open to Male and Female candidates )

Eligibility Criteria :

Must have exp in CBSE school as principal for min 5 years

Should have handled PGT ( Class 11 and 12 ) prior for min 5 years in the stream of ( math / Physics/Chemistry/ Biology)

– Overseas experience is advantage

– not more than 49 Age limit for Principal ONLY

-Manage 4 to 6 schools principals

-Very strong English communication without MTI

-willing to relocate only with family

-Notice period max 2 months only

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Possesses strong leadership skills, and has the ability to supervise others
• Has excellent verbal and written communications skills, to include proficiency in public speaking
• Is able to foster a team spirit so that everyone works toward a common goal
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
• Is unafraid to discipline students or teachers whenever the need arises
• Understands the laws of a particular community as they relate to education
