Role Definition of Centre Head -Vega Child Development Centre

Reporting to: Director and Principal

Date of Joining: July 2023

Current Centers: Vega 48 & Dwarka Expressway (proposed)

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for driving the revenue growth as well as bringing in operational efficiencies in the Centre
• Ensure delivered quality is better than of benchmark centers (Klay, etc) – in terms of learning, play, facilities, staff quality & training, communication (internal and external) and safety (creating parent delight)
• Ensure alignment of early years curriculum as per Vega standards in collaboration with the Academic team.
• Coordinate the complete admission and retention process across 2 branches in Gurgaon with respective center teams.
• Brand creation, awareness, collaterals (in collaboration with creative team), leads generation (in collaboration with leads gen team) and conversion (in collaboration with the admissions team)
• Point of contact for all operations: facilities management, human resource, transport, procurement, food, etc
• Engage with Students and parents, address grievances and ensure smooth administrative and logistical support for a great student experience.  
• Leading the counseling, teaching and administrative staff.   
• Customer Satisfaction: Half yearly surveys and action thereon
• Maintaining records and writing reports on targets achieved.  Managing the recruitment and hiring of staff, select and assign staff in-service programs, observe staff and faculty performance, document observations, and conduct evaluation conferences. 
• KPI’s – establish, track and monitor 
• Branch level Audit 
• Schedule on-going training of teachers, staff retention and quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 7-10 years of experience preferable in the Corporate sector/Education/Counseling/ Sales/Customer Service (pref previously served as the head of an early years center)
• Admission, Counseling and Team handling Leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent command over English language verbal and written
• Any Graduate, and additional Degree in early childhood development or related field would be an added advantage
