Boards: Any boards like CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/JEE/NEET etc.

Vedantu is looking for Teachers for their One-to-One teaching wing as a OTO Teacher Partners assignment. This would require you to provide at least 4-5 hrs of free slots during the first half or second half of the day. You can choose from any one or more of the below mentioned preferable slots.

Preferable Slots

• 5AM to 9AM
• 9AM to 12PM
• 12 PM to 4PM
• 4PM to 8PM
• 8PM to 12AM

Expectation

• Take LIVE one to one coaching/Tutoring sessions with the students that are lined up for you while also ensuring that you maintain the required session ratings. You would be great at your job if you are able to ensure maximum conversions from Demo sessions or are able to provide maximum renewals of your existing students as this would mean that the students love what you teach and want to continue being mentored by you.
• Ensure student stickiness for Vedantu which shall also be incentivised in terms of getting you a higher Per/hour rate.
• Follow the session constructs & maintain the session ratings and the session quality at the desired thresholds
• Following & adhering to any changes that may come up in the session constructs or policies from time to time based on business requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take up the assigned Demo sessions of newly registered students & ensure that you understand the student requirements or expectations from these sessions so as to maintain the student experience as well as the ratings in turn leading to enrollment
• Taking up the one to one tutoring/coaching sessions in the slots that have been assigned
• Making sure that you are available in the slots chosen as per the contract at all times
• Planning & preparing the lessons/topics before the session & presenting the same as required
• You are required to be available 10 mins before the session start time so that the session can start & end on time
• You should follow all the outlined compliances at all times like No Shows, Cancellations, Late joining & reschedules
• Keep your WEBCAM on at all times and encourage the student to maintain the same
• Encouraging students to post their doubts, watching previous sessions and providing guidance for session and course
• Make sure that the required (as mentioned in the session construct) number of Tests and assignments are conducted & home work given after every session.
• Driving personalization in session by documenting insights about students and nudging them from time to time to maintain/measure the required student outcomes
• Conduct PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting) to give regular feedback on student progress.
• Motivate students towards attendance, taking tests and providing feedback for improvement
