Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Team Lead to join our Academic Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective operations within our academic department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong operational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the academic department at the centers. Ensure that all processes are efficient and effective.Will be responsible to handle the operations that would include student/teacher experience management.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of academic associates, Operation Executives, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth within the team.
Logistics Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for academic events, workshops, and meetings.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures. Prepare regular reports on academic operations.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Address queries and provide assistance.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in academic operations and implement effective solutions.
Data Tracking : Actively tracking various data for all the sessions and maintaining records accurately.Monitoring daily sessions, Maintaining Data, sharing Content in batches
Ability to work for long hours and deliver results within a reasonable timeframe to ensure Business goals are achieved
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
3+ years of experience in an operations role, preferably in an academic or educational setting.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office ,Google sheet and academic management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
