Roles & Responsibility

• You are student obsessed and get a buzz from hearing students talk about the amazing content you have created.
• You work with a structured approach and are skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term planning & execution
• You are proficient in research, following up on trending topics & market needs (ex : Cancellation of the exam, reduction of the syllabus, change in the exam pattern or marking scheme, NEP )
• You understand and respect that each Master Teacher will have a different pedagogy, teaching style & opinions (across subjects, Grades & even channels). The same thing may or may not work with 2 or more Teachers – thereby the constant need for personalized & unique content for each Teacher.
• You are of high integrity and have a clear and visible set of values
• Frequent discussions, Planning of chapter breakdown, Chapter & Topic flow & Session prioritization along with creative/ interactive designing the slides and proactively monitoring its success/progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action.
• Ensuring effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the ongoing series, Channel and Vedantu
• Managing communications with all relevant stakeholders
• Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise
• Understanding company products and brands.
• Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent Subject knowledge & willingness to research.
• Have a proper understanding of Instructional Design
• Experience in creating High Standard PPTs for the target group of students.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Experience using Google Slides or PowerPoint Presentation
• Competency in google applications including doc, spreadsheets.
• Good organization skills.
• Strong problem solving and creative skills, with a clearly defined design point of view

Must Haves:

Min 2-3 years of online Teaching / SME Experience (Online Experience)

Nature of JOB: Payroll //9hours-6days

Subject : Physics & Chemistry (Single SME)

Min salary : 3.5LPA For Min experience (negotiable only for Higher experience in online teacher(face to face) or YouTube channel

Fluency: English(Must required) and Hindi
