What will you be doing?
You are student obsessed and get a buzz from hearing students talk about the
amazing content you have created.
You work with a structured approach and are skilled at balancing between short-
term needs and long-term planning & execution.
You are proficient in research, following up on trending topics & market needs
(ex : Cancellation of the exam, reduction of the syllabus, change in the exam
pattern or marking scheme, NEP ).
You understand and respect that each Master Teacher will have a different
pedagogy, teaching style & opinions (across subjects, Grades & even channels).
The same thing may or may not work with 2 or more Teachers – thereby the
constant need for personalized & unique content for each Teacher.
You are of high integrity and have a clear and visible set of values.
Frequent discussions, Planning of chapter breakdown, Chapter & Topic flow &
Session prioritization along with creative/ interactive designing the slides and
proactively monitoring its success/progress, resolving issues, and initiating
appropriate corrective action.
Ensuring effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the ongoing series,
Channel and Vedantu.
Managing communications with all relevant stakeholders
Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in
the program are identified or issues arise.
Understanding company products and brands.
Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
Who are we looking for?
Excellent Subject knowledge & willingness to research.
Have a proper understanding of Instructional Design
Experience in creating High Standard PPTs for the target group of students.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Experience using Google Slides or PowerPoint Presentation
Competency in google applications including doc, spreadsheets.
Good organization skills.
Strong problem solving and creative skills, with a clearly defined design point of
view.
