About the Role!

This role requires somebody who is always passionate about YouTube and is always curious to

learn more about its capacity to reach more people and impact lives. We are seeking a proactive

Master Teacher who can coordinate with multiple teams and manage various functions for

YouTube Channels assigned to him/her. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone

who has decent Subject knowledge of Physics and can manage multiple teams to get the

required results.

Subject and Grade : Physics 11-12 Grade for Board , JEE and NEET

Location : Bangalore

Fluency: English(Must required) and Hindi

What will you be doing? 

Responsibilities:

Create video content (live & recorded sessions)

Assist students to gain a clear understanding of the topics.

Proactively clear students’ doubts, guide and motivate them.

To achieve excellent feedback from the students.

Contribute to Planning YT sessions, Content planning.

Work closely with the Course manager, Design, and Audio-Visual team to create

high-quality resources for the students.

Desired Skills

Subject Knowledge/Proficiency or should be experts in – Physics

1-5 years of prior experience in teaching for 11-12 Grade Physics for JEE , NEET Level

Online / YT teaching experience with regard to Board , JEE , NEET will be an advantage.

Should be personable, energetic, and loves simplifying complex topics

Understanding of how students like to learn and their common misconceptions

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

A passion to impact exam aspirants and thus shapeup Education in India

Online teaching Experience preferred

Good with Numbers & Analytical skills

Excellent Communication Skills ( Hindi / English preferred)

Balance between Creative & Analytical thinking

Good Management and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Google sheets, Google slides and MS office
