Job Overview We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Master Teachers for Physics JEE Mains and Advanced Aspirants to teach and mentor students preparing for competitive examinations such of JEE Mains and Advanced. As a Master Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality lessons, creating study materials, conducting assessments, and guiding students to excel in their examinations. The position requires expertise in the respective subjects, excellent teaching skills, and a strong understanding of the JEE Mains and Advanced examination patterns. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans and study materials for JEE Mains and Advanced students in the subjects Deliver engaging and interactive lectures to students in both offline classroom and online settings, utilizing a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles. Provide individualized attention and mentoring to students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to improve their performance. Create and administer assessments, including practice exams, quizzes, and assignments, to evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and provide clarifications to students’ queries, addressing their concerns and challenges in the subject matter. Stay updated with the latest trends, changes, and advancements in the JEE Mains and Advanced examination patterns, and incorporate them into the curriculum as needed. Collaborate with other Master Teachers and support staff to maintain a cohesive and structured learning environment for students. Qualifications B.Tech/M.Tech/Master’s degree or higher Strong expertise and in-depth knowledge in the respective subject(s) with a track record of proven results in coaching students for competitive examinations of JEE Mains and Advanced. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner. Experience in teaching students at the intermediate or higher secondary level , preferably in the context of JEE Mains and Advancedpreparation. Familiarity with the latest examination patterns, syllabus, and trends in JEE Mains and Advanced examinations. Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with the ability to inspire and motivate them to achieve their academic goals. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and needs of students. Proficiency in taking offline classes , technology and online platforms for teaching, assessments, and virtual classroom management will be an advantage Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
