Job Overview:

Vedantu, a pioneering Edtech platform committed to student success, seeks a dynamic and passionate Manager to lead our team of Academic Mentors. In this pivotal role, you will drive educational excellence by managing and guiding a team dedicated to student growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Academic Mentors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure alignment with Vedantu’s educational objectives.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Academic Mentors, offering constructive feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance their effectiveness in student mentorship.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Academic Director to develop and implement strategies to maximize student engagement, learning outcomes, and overall success.

Qualifications:
