Job Overview:
Vedantu, a pioneering Edtech platform committed to student success, seeks a dynamic and passionate Manager to lead our team of Academic Mentors. In this pivotal role, you will drive educational excellence by managing and guiding a team dedicated to student growth. Reporting directly to the Academic Director, you’ll combine educational expertise with managerial finesse to ensure optimal learning outcomes for our students. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Academic Mentors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure alignment with Vedantu’s educational objectives.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Academic Mentors, offering constructive feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance their effectiveness in student mentorship.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Academic Director to develop and implement strategies to maximize student engagement, learning outcomes, and overall success.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the collection and analysis of student performance data, guiding the team in utilizing this data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
