Class Teacher – Job Description

Salary – Upto 15000 Per Month

Job Nature: Part Time Contractual

Effectively solving real time doubts during live sessions by going live on air, engaging verbally and on the chat panel

Conduct highly engaging Worksheet Classes on our platform

Ensure students attend sessions regularly, take tests & assignments, ask doubts & watch replays by enhancing motivation and providing guidance to students/parents via phone calls and other communication channels, in a daily-target driven manner.

Address incoming student queries and mentor them in and outside of the classes.

Following up with the parents and doing inhouse cross functional collaborations (with several Vedantu teams) in order to get a resolution of any issue registered by the parent/student.

Evaluate weekly and monthly unit tests on our platform

Skills/Experience Required

Excellent knowledge of the respective subject up to Grade 10.

Good pedagogical skills. Prior teaching experience would be an added advantage.

Good logical thinking skills.

Ability to drive discussion driven classrooms.

Ability to collaborate and work across the team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working knowledge of Google Suite

Minimum 2 Years teaching experience preferred (Not mandatory)

Personal Teacher – Job Description

Salary – Upto 4,50000/- Per Annum

Job Nature: Full Time on Role

Plan: Analyze student with the help of all data points (student profile, Student academic, VSAT, Test, attendance results,) then plan the day.

Attendance – To ensure his batch has average attendance of 85% – New Students, Interact daily for a week

Intervene – Through Calls (Mentoring/ Counseling…) , Sessions : OTO /OTF

Engagement – Ensure students participate in tests / assignments with average 85% engagement

Minimum 1 Parents teacher Meeting Quarterly with every student – TGT – 95%

Track: Responsible for student performance tracking ( Student academic , Test , attendance & PTM)

Learning Outcome – Minimum 90% of Students should clear their exams & 20% should be among the Top Ranks

Retention -Minimum 85% of Students should be retained
