JD for Sales Coordinator
- Attend to customer queries and provide appropriate responses promptly and professionally.
- Fixing Initial meetings with the customers.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final stage.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Continuously update and maintain customer records and sales-related documentation.
- Payment follow-ups.
- Once or twice a month will have to attend Customer Meeting with Reporting Head.
Requirement
- Must be good in coordination
- Good Communication English Hindi Both
- Presentable personality
- Good Reporting skills
- Good Knowledge of Excel, Word.
