Our company is looking for a Counsellor to join our team.
Responsibilities:

• Handling email, telephonic and web leads, calling them and qualifying them to walk-in leads;
• Lead generation, cold calling and qualifying corporate and institutional leads;
• Career Counseling to prospective customers;
• Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required;
• To follow up all enquiries and queries telephonically/ by emails;
• Involvement in all other forms of marketing activities both online and offline;
• Listening to the needs of prospects and educating the prospects;
• Willingness to contribute to any area of work as and when required;
• Maintaining records with respect to all communication happening with students;
• Building relationships with prospects;
• Achieving monthly/quarterly targets;
• Constant interaction with prospective students through cold calling;
• Liaising with centre Manager to optimize closure;
• Making cold calls when required;
• Finding new sales leads.

Requirements:

• Candidate should hold at least an graduate degree;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to fluently speak in English, Hindi & Marathi;
• Having previous experience of sales in education industry;
• Passion to achieve business goals;
• Presentable personality;
• Basic Computer Knowledge;
• Drive to convert leads to enrollments;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Having right attitude and approach;
• Ready to do any work irrespective of job profile or education;
• Flair to engage in conversation and pitching sale;
• High on energy level;
• Dynamic personality;
• Good track record of meeting and/or exceeding targ

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹9,793.00 – ₹28,842.00 per month
