You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly Clients walk-in into the centre.
You shall make productive calls to give the detailed information related to the query.
You shall be responsible for OPD process & documentation,
Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of the Clients by effective face to face counselling or over the phone
Must be a very effective communicator and a self-motivated person.
Proper coordination and follow up with the Clients for their visit according to their appointment.
Need to handle phone calls effectively
Should be a team player.
The candidate should possess: Good communication skills & Excellent negotiation influencing skills
Good interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Wants to build a career in Counselling & Sales
