Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate accomplished English Language Faculty to teach Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension for MBA, BBA, Law Entrance Exams such as CAT, IPMAT, CLAT and MH CETs. The candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online/offline classes for:

CAT VARC, IPMAT Verbal Ability, CLAT VARC + Critical Reasoning, MH CET MBA Verbal Ability

Design and deliver:

• Lecture plans
• Practice sheets
• Mock analysis sessions
• Assignments and quizzes
• Strategy sessions
• Evaluate student performance and provide mentorship.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions.
• Develop study material, notes, and test questions for VARC
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and trends.
• Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

✔️ Prior teaching experience in CAT/IPMAT/CLAT coaching

✔️ Strong command over English language and verbal aptitude

✔️ Expertise in CAT/IPMAT/MBA entrance verbal syllabus

✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✔️ Ability to teach complex concepts in simple ways

✔️ Experience handling online classes using Zoom/Google Meet

✔️ Student mentoring capability

Preferred:

✔️ 95+ percentile in CAT VARC (preferred)

✔️ Experience creating content/tests/questions

✔️ Familiarity with LMS or EdTech platforms

Educational Qualification

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/MA in English is preferred)
• Strong aptitude background

Experience:

• Freshers with exceptional subject expertise may apply.
• 1–5+ years teaching experience preferred.
