Job description

The job of an IELTS /PTE trainer is to train the students for IELTS/PTE examination and assist them to achieve desirable scores for the process of Student Visa / Migration. Employ different classroom activity for training to make training session live and more effective.

Desired Candidate Must:

• Read/Prepare the Student Handbook when requested to do so.
• Prepare lesson plans IELTS Co-Ordinator
• Alert your manager if you think a student has any special educational needs or if they are a substantially different level to the other students in the class
• Ensure that if the classes are multilevel, those at higher levels are provided with differentiated material appropriate to their needs and ability
• Quickly respond to any feedback that arises as a result of a drop in/full length observation or from the end of week presentations
• Ensure that tangible learning outcomes are presented to the students at the beginning of each week
• Provide your Co-ordinator with regular updates about student progress
• Ensure that students receive prompt, detailed and accurate feedback and marked work Administrative Duties
• Keep accurate lesson plans, registers, learner reviews, records of work and details of student behavior, welfare and disciplinary issues.
• Make sure that work in student folders is clearly marked and that mistakes have been corrected
• Appointed as IELTS / PTE Trainer & conduct Spoken English classes when required.
• Conduct Vocab lessons/ sessions if and when required
• Offer DEMO Class / Training. Prepare You tube Videos / Testimonials
• Attend/ Impart Seminar on IELTS / PTE Coaching if required to do so
• Undertake Content/ Test Assessments
• Hold max up to 5 batches
• Co-ordinate with staff and all the team member without biasness
• Rate Student Scorecards and prepare students on these score cards by providing feedback as a mentor and required suggestions.

Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree (Schooling preferred to be in English medium must)
Experience: More than 1-2 years of experience in same industry
Skills:

• IELTS/PTE module knowledge
• Material design & Research
• Ability to deliver the relevant content (Master sessions /FB live etc.)
• Ability to analyze the weakness of the students & work on it to achieve the score
