Position Overview: We are currently hiring skilled MEAN and MERN Stack Trainers who can deliver comprehensive training programs to our students. The ideal candidates should have a strong foundation in web development technologies and a passion for teaching. As a MEAN/MERN Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for designing curriculum, conducting hands-on training sessions, and mentoring students to help them acquire the necessary skills to succeed in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop course curriculum for MEAN/MERN Stack development programs.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students, covering various aspects of web development using MEAN/MERN stacks.
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide students in completing projects and assignments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MEAN/MERN Stack development and incorporate relevant updates into training modules.
• Collaborate with the content development team to create instructional materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience working with MEAN and/or MERN stack technologies.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS/React.js, and Node.js.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passion for knowledge sharing and mentorship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to the learning pace and styles of diverse student groups.
