Role & responsibilities
1) Responsible for the identification of training needs and trends in consultation with department heads.
2) Plan departmental / Functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers.
3) Design, develop and implementation of training and development programs in the organization.
4) Conduct training sessions for employees as per the training calendar.
5) Taking feedbacks from the delegates evaluate training programs and their impact on training participants knowledge and practice it to achieve continuous improvement.
6) Measuring the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedbacks.
7) Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and results.
8) Prepare and present reports on training activities, participation and outcomes to senior management on monthly basis.
9) Record, collate and retain management information to demonstrate progress against KRAs and Organizational goals.
10) Ensure that the L&D function is administered efficiently and effectively.
11) To keep up to date with current thinking on training practice and methods, e-learning developments.
12) Attend workshops, conferences and trainings to enhance own skills and knowledge.
Preferred candidate profile
1) 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including program design and delivery.
2) He / She should possesses good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
3) Ability to work collaboratively and build relationship across the organisation.
