Job Description:
a. Conduct training for Multi-Skill Technician Trainees as per the specified schedule and training materials (content and products).
b. Teach about product warranty and service steps
c. Explaining the product using diagram and explain one by one connection with wire color code and terminal number so that trainees understand easily.
d. Liaison with technical colleges.
e. Ensure timely completion of training.
f. Monitor implementation, effectiveness and impact of training
g. Coordinate with HR and other departments for placement of trainees in our service network, dealers and franchisees
h. Liaison with Micro-finance agencies to facilitate self-employment of trainees
i. Manage assessment of potential trainees for selection in the courses/ batches run by Usha.
Collect feedback from trainees and suggest improvement in the training process based on the feedback
