To ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business goals and align training
and resources accordingly.
– Bring in new innovation in the entire training segment of the organization and ensure that all
the resources in the training team are upskilled and updated with all the training
methodologies.
– Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business
needs and improving performance of the existing and new resources
– Conduct TNI and TNA and design various training programs for L&;D, voice and accent,
language, process, behavioral, soft skills training.
– Work closely with various leaders across the organization and having complete understanding of
their units, training and quality needs.
– Plan and implement new training plans, ideas in the organization for enhanced skill set in people
across various departments in the organization.
