Roles and responsibilities –
- Validating Training Calendar prepared by Trainers for NHIT batches.
- Preparing KRAs for Trainer & Sr. Trainer.
- Driving CSS & BQ Management
- Batch graduation report to be shared with Internal and External customers.
- Maximize graduation throughput by following proper training modules and sessions.
- Structuring POA for OJT Batch.
- OJT to be conducted by Trainers and TLs, which helps in a smoother transition of agents from training
- to productive floor.
- Prepare Training SOP for existing and emerging business.
- Roster Trainer and NHT batch as per the training plan.
- Quarterly RNR for Trainer Level.
- Ensure refresher Training on the basis of TNIs is executed by trainers on a monthly basis.
- Reviewing Individual and Team performance on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
- Conduct Internal audit on Training documentation.
- Find mutually accepted solutions to any concerns / issues of the floor within the policy framework of the company
- Designing and implementing induction and orientation programs for the newly recruited candidates to make them familiar with the organizational culture and activities
- Responsible for Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Measuring Process training
- Lead Content Design & Delivery activities
- Quest for Process improvement Improved Quality, Throughput, Reduced TAT, mapping to Operational
- requirements
- Build backup team/s for business continuity & cost reduction
- Ascertaining the specific training needs of employees and accordingly plan, schedule and organize training programs for improving the learning curve
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training by identification of strategic drivers of performance in short & long term perspective and augment them through clear action planning and periodical reviews
- Encouraging client call listening sessions and sharing process feedbacks with the buyers for process
- improvement.
