Job Description:
At Upstox are seeking an experienced option trading professional to join our team as a coach/tutor. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in option trading and a strong understanding of the industry. The person will be responsible for building robust course structures and conducting webinars and seminars to educate and train individuals on option trading strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive option trading curriculum for individuals at various skill levels.

Conduct webinars and seminars to educate and train individuals on option trading strategies and techniques.

Provide coaching and support to students to help them achieve their trading goals.

Continuously update and improve course materials to ensure they are current and relevant.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed.

Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in option trading.

Strong understanding of option trading strategies and techniques.

Experience in building robust course structures and delivering training sessions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.

Comfortable with conducting webinars and seminars.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
