Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Initiating Communication with potential customers over the phone.

Need to attend client queries related to the product we offer them.

Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

Listening to the customers’ needs.

Answering customers’ questions on the Education related queries.

Track and maintain the outcome of each Enquiry/Lead.

Follow the customers and give them proper guidance.

Develop good relationship with the Students & Parents

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

Creative thinking skills.

The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication

Any graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
