Job description- ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR FOR UPSC ASPIRANTS ( HINDI, ENGLISH)

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS.

Roles and Responsibilities

• lead the team of counsellors in carrying out their day to day target achievement & overall work responsibility

• Counsel potential aspirants, helping them plan and understand how we can catalyse their IAS preparation.

• Carrying weekly enrolments/revenue targets.

• Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of our model of online/blended learning.

• Owning the complete closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone/video calls, course demonstration, admission formalities, and post admission grievance management.

• Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on sheets/LMS with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing/other teams on lead quality.

What are the KPI’s:

• call and revenue targets to be met consistently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with minimum 1 year work experience in similar profile (academic counselling). Candidates with UPSC (preparation) background shall be given preference.

• Individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.

• Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond well with the potential aspirants.

• Passion for delivering the highest levels of service at all times to our prospective students.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.

Work Location & Working Days:

• Mandatory Work from Office Role

• 6 Days a week (10 AM – 6.30PM / 11 AM – 7.30 PM)
