Job Description: A Creative Writer who can create content for Learning Programs.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop content and Create guidelines as per the requirements. Holistically and creatively craft the course curriculum to incorporate the overall learning experience.
• Accountable for the creation of training materials, covering topics from a company product and Services standpoint as well as broad coverage around topics ranging from onboarding, compliance, communication, soft skills and other skills.
• Research and implement pedagogical changes to ensure activity-based engaging learning experiences as well as the best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning.
• Accountable to identify and update new materials, or revision of existing training materials, and understanding timeframes and prioritization of documentation work to best meet program release dates.
• Design a process for ensuring 100% error-free content in a scalable manner, and Create mechanisms to measure the efficacy of the content.
• Create summative and formative assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• Reviewing and revising existing content based on quality and technical correctness.
• Edit other writers’ work in a constructive and informative manner, based on Learning and Development guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in educational design/ in literature or equivalent min. 3-year degree course.
• Preference to experienced candidates having worked on projects around program, or product management with a focus on education programs, course content, instructional design, or curriculum creation.
• Preference to experience in designing, developing, and delivering instructional materials for technical content, including e-learning application use and administration.
