Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Manager Training and Quality will be responsible for managing the end-to-end training and quality for the Direct Admissions vertical of upGrad Abroad. The role requires developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and training programs, analyzing performance metrics, and providing training and development recommendations to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in training/counselling and quality in Study abroad domain
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training and quality programs
- Track record of achieving quality improvement metrics
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
- Ability to analyze data and present insights to leadership
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders to achieve targets.
