Position Overview:

This position is accountable to Associate Training Study Abroad. In this role, the successful candidate will train first-line supervisors and front-line employees to improve individual and team performance in the respective domain.

Position Description:

•  Experience in Training Domain- Preferably in an overseas education domain (Expected country     knowledge into UK/ USA/ Australia/ Canada/Germany).
• Responsible for new-hire and ongoing training and certification of front-line employees and supervisors in conjunction with scheduling allowances; ensures consistency in all front-line employees performance through uniform training delivery.
• Conducts training to external audiences such as channel partners and clients in person or using web conferencing tools and technology.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of employee participation in training programs.
• Prepare reports on the progress of employees in training programs.
• Assist managers in identifying training needs for their employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all training activities are coordinated and support the overall goals of the organization.
• Keep immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action which may be taken
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
• Evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of Taught Techniques, Improvise the training method, and report on training program effectiveness.
• Providing individualized instruction to employees who need help mastering new skills or improving existing skills in order to perform their jobs more effectively
• Creating resources to support learning objectives such as handouts, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, or videos.

Education:

•      Graduate in any discipline  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3+ Years of experience in student counseling/ staff

• Presentation, facilitation and coaching skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail

•  Proficiency in Powerpoint presentation.
