Role Description

As an Admission Counsellor with upGrad Chennai, this is a full-time onsite role located in Chennai. You will be responsible for driving student enrolment at upGrad by counselling potential students on the various courses and programs offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential students
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service preferred. (Study Abroad Industry is Preferred)
• Candidates must be from Chennai.
