Roles & Responsibilities:

-Quality Analyst would be responsible for:

– Assessing the quality performance of the associates

– Monitoring calls for Sales Inside, Inbound and Collection Teams

– Identifying Process gaps

– Auditing the process hygiene

– Prepare and analyze internal quality reports

– Coach and Mentor the associates to improve their performances

– Participating in calibration sessions

– Provide structured and timely RCA

Skills Required

Atleast 1+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst

Good verbal and written communication skill, Self-Motivated, Strong Work Ethic, Detail-Oriented, Process-Oriented

Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Knowledge of SalesForce and Ozontel Tools would be an added advantage Experience of having audited Sales Process / Edtech calls
