Job Description:Roles and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise for shortlisting of partner universities according to the student profile and ensure documentation along with visa processing guidelines.
  • Should have knowledge of documentation needed to apply for student visa as well as filling of visa application forms for popular destinations.
  • Coordinate & maintain close relationships with internal counselling & editorial teams to understand student requirements.
  • Take ownership of accuracy of work and maintain quick a turnaround time
  • Maintain weekly/monthly reports and process related matrices showing progress on student conversions/target achievement
  • Understand student’s profile and guide him for applying in right University/program
  • Application on the University portal
  • Follow up for fee payments to UniversitiesRequired Skills :
  • 1+years of experience of a study abroad organization
  • Good communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one country – US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany etc.
  • Knowledge of application, SOP, LOR and visa process
  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent internet, technology & computer usage skills
  • Domain knowledge of university applications
  • Knowledge of documentation needed for student visas
