Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Perform Tech and Non-Tech clerical tasks

2. Assist with the preparation of materials for student and faculty events

3. Ensure the campus is maintained

4. Work closely with various departments to communicate announcements,

updates, or event information

5. Assist other administrative staff during peak times or as needed

6. Familiarize oneself with the names and roles of staff and faculty members to

direct inquiries appropriately.

7. First point of contact for visitors, students, and staff to provide general

information about the academic institute, including programs, events, policies,

and procedures and support the administrative functions of the institution

8. Maintain updated informational brochures, flyers, and other materials for guests

and visitors.

9. Schedule appointments, meetings, and room reservations as needed

10. Assist in addressing student concerns or issues related to academic affairs.

Qualification:

1. Proven experience in a similar role at an Academic Institute or in a Learning Team

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when dealing with issues that may arise.
