Roles & Responsibilities of the Academic Counsellor:

Day-to-day Counselling of telephonic and walk-in enquiries to the Institute.

Understanding each aspirant’s requirement, evolve a customised academic growth plan for the enquiry.

Profiling and entry of each and every enquiry in to the Enquiries data base, keeping track of successful and unsuccessful interactions with enquiries.

Proper database maintenance and sales reporting on daily basis to superiors and parent company, reporting E#R, DSR etc.

Daily follow up with all enquiries till closure through various means – Telecalling, Emails, WhatsApp/SMS blast, Social media etc.

Debriefing aspirants on various courses and counsel him/her for taking admission.

Registering the candidate for admission formalities, administering entrance test as applicable, taking admission and making proper entry in to the system of respective university.

Ensuring timely Fee collection from the registered candidates and updating Fee system.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
