Role Purpose:

The Senior Regional Manager will help develop and operationalise a strategic international agent engagement and sales plan for UP Education and will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering international sales targets in their region.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Accurately forecast sales results, working closely with the Director of International Recruitment
  • Develop and drive sales programs to increase sales conversion for the international market segment
  • Overall relationship management and monitoring of official education partners, and the maintenance of contractual and incentive arrangements
  • Overall management and adherence to the financial parameters of the regional agent marketing program- including marketing to and with agents
  • High level contribution to the development and implementation of UP Education’s strategic international marketing and recruitment plan
  • Be the expert for the international student market, ensuring UP Education maximises opportunities for revenue growth in the segment and increasing market share
  • Complete allocated work and projects similar to your position description as directed by your manager by the time required
  • Involvement in current student concerns where relevant, such as a focus on international student retention, pastoral care, progression and financial stability
  • Lead, direct and develop a high-performing team whose main priorities are accountability, efficiency, accuracy and service to stakeholders/customers
  • Drive staff engagement within the team by providing regular communication, mentoring, coaching, active leadership, regular meaningful team meetings/1:1 professional development support and action planning. 

    • About you:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the education sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Team management experience is mandatory
  • Prior demonstrable history of achieving and surpassing high volume and value sales targets is essential
  • Extensive personal agent network and relationships
  • Relevant language skills highly desirable
  • Ability to travel as needed.
