You will liaise with all members of the departments and teams to understand the fabric of our work, conduct TNA’s and design Trainings which are both proactive and reactive in nature to improve quality and performance. You will monitor quality and plan and execute PIP’s as they occur. You will be the custodian of Training and Assessment related content. You will work with the Manager and Asst. Manager on niche projects identified and signed of by the Director Learning and Development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the Vision and Mission of the University and translate it into transactional touchpoints
Work closely with Managers, Team Leaders and Advisors/officers and have a hands on understanding of processes and transactions.
Conduct Department wide TNA as needed to understand skill and knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Conduct highly engaging classroom and/or virtual training sessions
Assess Instructional Effectiveness and impact of training on Quality and KPI’s Build Monthly, Term-wise, training Calendars based on the Department’s requirements and execute accordingly
Develop and oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, presentations and manuals Direct accuracy of information, and quality of delivery by monitoring emails and chat conversations
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct training, evaluation and orientation sessions.
Determine and enhance communication quality standards by studying inbound and outbound mails and chat.
Conduct regular QA’s to validate product knowledge, service ability, language, etiquette, objection handling and efficiency.
Follow up QA with effective feedback and training/coaching interventions (PIP’s) .
Imbibe a strong culture of Leadership Development upskilling across the department.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
